Ingredients:
500g Chicken Mince 100g Sweetcorn 1 Onion 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic Paste 2 tsp Crushed Chilli Flakes 2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 2 Potatoes Coriander For the paste; 50g Plain Flour 75ml Water Method: 1. In a large pan add the chicken mince (keema) 2. Brown the keema for a few minutes until the colour changes and it breaks apart 3. Add the diced onion and cook for a few minutes until the onions soften 4. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for a few minutes 5. Add the garlic paste, crushed chilli flakes, cumin seeds and salt 6. Cook for a further 5 minutes 7. Add the sweetcorn and cover 8. Cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are soft and cooked through 9. Add coriander and mix 10. Allow the mixture to cool before making the spring rolls 11. Deep fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown 12. Serve alongside homemade green chutney and enjoy!RESPIE STYLE 2
